We currently provide shipping services exclusively within New Zealand. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within New Zealand. There are no hidden charges or minimum purchase requirements.
Order Processing & Delivery Times

Please note that orders placed after the daily cut-off time, during weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted delivery partners such as NZ Post, Aramex, CourierPost, and other reliable local courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Please retain all original packaging materials and damaged items for inspection purposes.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local courier office first. If the package is confirmed lost, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the courier service, shipping and delivery are under the responsibility of the carrier. However, if you experience any shipping-related issues, our support team will do its best to assist you.
