Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Unfortunately, returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in new and resellable condition.
  • Usage: Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and inserts included.
  • Hygiene Notice: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products showing signs of use, damage, makeup stains, odors, or alteration may not qualify for a return.

How to Request a Return

  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

2. Return Authorization

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.

3. Ship the Item Back

Securely package the product and return it according to the instructions provided by our support team.

Return Shipping Costs

Our Responsibility (Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items)

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, LASHYBAE LIMITED will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind)

If you are returning a product because of personal preference, incorrect ordering, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Restocking Fee

We believe in transparent policies. Therefore, we charge $0.00 Restocking Fee on all eligible returns.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned package is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements.
  • You will receive an email notification once the inspection process has been completed.

Refund Timeline

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 Business Days.

Please note that depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order separately.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
